|Matt Hansen created StatStuff in 2011 as a way to freely share what many universities and organizations charge for thousands of dollars, i.e., how to learn the Lean and Six Sigma tools and concepts. But more than that, he developed StatStuff as a way to demystify Lean and Six Sigma by using simple language and illustrations that explain the complex tools and concepts in a practical way that can be applied to many organizations, including non-manufacturing environments.
Matt is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has led and consulted on hundreds of process improvement initiatives for over 15 years across several industries such as Government (Dept. of Defense), Insurance, Telecommunications, and Transportation. He currently leads an enterprise Lean Six Sigma Training and Mentoring Program as well as a one-day crash course on "Dangerous Analytics" using the most critical Lean and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
