Assessment Certificate (Print & Mailing)

The certification assessment validates a person's capability in the areas of 1) Tool Knowledge (an understanding of how to use some primary Lean Six Sigma tools), 2) Analytical Skills (the ability to statistically analyze, interpret, and evaluate data), and 3) Personal Aptitude (skills in communicating, presenting info, attitude (teachable and high-energy), innovative thinking, etc.). When a candidate is approved, they are entitled to receive a personalized certificate and badge that validate the candidate's approved assessment. These are provided as a digital image at no additional cost with the assessment. 

This purchase is for a printed original, signed copy of the certificate that will be shipped to the candidate's designated address.
