Dictionary of Lean Six Sigma Tools/Concepts

It stands for "Quality Function Deployment" and is also known as the "House of Quality". It is a tool that helps objectively prioritize subjective items. A team can use it to prioritize items across their most critical prioritization factors, such as CTQs (or items that are critical to quality).
